What is MFS?

Mixed Formation Skydiving (MFS) combines multiple orientations of body flight including belly, back, head-up, and head-down flying. It also incorporates many flips, rolls, turns, and layouts.

Two inside flyers complete a sequence of formations from the MFS dive pool while the third teammate captures their performance on camera.
